Vot5 E.
Utter chaos in a good way.
I can see why this is your most popular song.
It's good! However, I'm going to have to agree with the reviewer before me and ask that you try to fix some chord progression.
I could imagine this going into an 8-bit flash game, actually.
It's interesting, anyway. Just edit it a bit.
Nice. Found something off, though.
I haven't heard the original song, but I still gotta say this is a nice effort. The three different segments of the track fit pretty well together.
My only gripe is the mixing. Some parts are a lot louder than they need to be, and others are too quiet. One way to fix that would be to take the sound that starts up at 0:18 and pan it. Make it go from one speaker to the next so it doesn't drown out the other tracks.
All around a good composition, just work on the mixing. :)
Hey!
I made this in Fl Stufio demo, so I can't reaccess the fil but I am going to make another mix in garageband that sure will be better.
Personally I think this is horrible and I made it in about 2 minutes.
Add more!
You've got a pretty nice beat going on here. But it feels a bit... unfinished, you know? I'd add more synth, maybe make the melodies more complex. It also needs a bassline! Right now it seems like the melody is the only thing holding it together.
It's kind of like the first draft of a great novel- there are just some things missing, and it needs a bit of editing.
Oh... my goodness.
I keep throwing money at the screen, and nothing happens.
Something should happen eventually.........just keep on tossing it.
Very nice.
The style reminds me of something straight out of a FF game.
Now for the actual song:
Having not heard 'Shadow People', I still have to say this is impressive. The build-up is very nice, and the end simply blew me away.
Very well mixed, very well done, great job.
Thanks! The ending sounds a lot better than it used to, undoubtedly thanks to SBB's advice of using another melody from Shadow People. It turned out quite well and now the ending is one of my favourite parts :3.
You should definitely hear Shadow People, or at least the part which I remixed. It's one hell of a good song.
Thanks again!
Hm...
Kind of gave me a headache listening to it. Of course, I'm listening to this through a headset. Perhaps it would sound better on speakers, but I just don't see what the big deal is.
to each their own.
Really?
This is #1 on the all-time scoring? Not sure I agree.
Don't get me wrong, it's a decent song. But the vocals aren't the best. I understand it's meant to be a joke, but even so.
Plus, the actual song isn't all that great. It's repetitive, unorganized, and too heavy on the bass. I know a lot of Newgrounds artists that work a lot harder on their material.
Wonderful!
Haunting. That's all I can say. It's haunting. Really gets into your head. And the image it puts in your head is amazing.
hania, you are wonderful.
